Don't worry. It wasn't one of the best episodes by far. It didn't further the story of the core characters very much at all, except for the Lois/Oliver storyline.

I thought it was a great epiosde! I loved how Clark goes to save the day and then needs to be saved. And then how Oliver called Chloe a sidekick. I do feel bad for Oliver and Lois though. I think she would have understood if she knew that Oliver is Green Arrow, but alas, it's not to be. She does have a thing for heroes though.

i believe i saw this episode last week. i usually watch the re-runs on ABC family but i did happen to get the chance to see the new episode. where was lana? i do not believe i saw her in the episode

Lana was in Paris shopping for a wedding dress. Which I believe will be a waste of money because I really don't think that she'll end up marrying Lex. I think she'll find something out about Lex or just get cold feet and then hoepfully disappear with her child. Maybe Lionel will set up something for her. Either way, It was nice having her gone. But unfortunatly, she's back next episode.

Well actually when Lex got shot and died he married Lana so I think it is gonna happen. His mom said it would even if he didnt turn good but it will be much more painful for him.

I really love Smallville, but I thought that this last episode was horrible. Yes, he was able to get another phantom, but it was just awful. And then all this hype about the Martian Manhunter on it was a huge disappointment to me. We hardly know anything about him. I did think it was funny though that he had caused Lex to lose his legs though, which again was lame because there was no effects to it. He was just kneeling in the wheelchair. But whatever, one more phantom down.
I can't remember how many have been caught and how many there were to begin with. Does anyone else remember? I thought there was 6 that needed to be caught. And he's caught 4or 5?

was there a set number? i dont remember. but i didnt like the eppisode either. they didnt have anything of anyone else. though i did like how he finally met Martian Manhunter.

I actually really liked it. I reckon the story, acting and direction were all top notch. Better than Justice I thought.

SO I was really disappointed that they brought back the red kryptonite. But it was actually useful this time and not just all about Clark trying to get into someone's pants. And for me the best part of the show was at the end with Lex being cryptic with the DR. What was that all about?! It seems to me that Lana didn't get pregnant by Lex, the natural way anyway. But now I'm wondering if it's even his at all. And now he's just crossed all the boundaries for me. If he's done something like that, then I've lost all respect for him.....this fictional character! I'll get a grip, but come on! That's just horrid!

Lex Luthor is supposed to be this criminal mastermind, so something like this is expected of him.

Yes, I guess so, but I just didn't expect him to do something like this now. I think I really need to go through the series again and see him progress to this.
Anyone want to venture a guess on what's going on with Lana's pregnancy?
I'm going to guess that Lex has implanted her with some sort of 33.1 thing. Maybe he's put together all the meteor freaks powers he's collected and then altered his own um...swimmers... to make this super freak of a Lex. And then because he could have just implanted it in anyone, he chose Lana to keep her with him. I think he threatened her at the end and she's going to have to go into hiding.

Then, Lionel and Martha are just friends. Close friends but just friends. She stated that to him a couple of episodes ago.

Where do you live? That's strange that they would do that. I think I would write letters or something! Chloe found out about Clark's powers in the 4th season from Alicia. And then Clark and Lana got together in the 5th season. And we're now on the 6th season and from reading an article from the show's creator, it may last a couple more seasons. At least one more, anyway.

You know what bothers me? The fact that it seems pretty much everyone else in Smallville seems to know Clark has super powers EXCEPT for Lana! She is alwys wondering why he is so secretive and does the things he does......Everyone else seems to have figured it out by now except for her! I don't know why Clark can't just tell her already.

As I recall, he did. Showed her the Fortress and everything. She freaked out, went to Lex, got freaked out even more and ended up being smashed to bits by a lorry. Clark went mad, went to Jor-El, begged for a chance to change it, he did, and as a result, Johnathan died. That was all on Senator election day (whatever it's called over the pond).

So, to surmise, Clark did tell her once, but she died as a result of his telling her, so he changed the timeline so it transpired he didn't tell her.

Thats it, exept she wasnt freaking out cause he was an alien. She freaked cause he asked her to marry him. Then Lex called her for some reason and He freaked at Her cause he figured she knew Clarks secret. Which she did.
