I think they're terrible. I'm one of the few Harry Potter fans who doesn't like them. I'm not saying this about all of you, but i'm sure a lot of people only like them because they only sing about Harry Potter, when you get past the novelty, their songs are really bad.

I LOVE Harry and the Potters. I found out about them right before their second CD came out. And I went to see them play. They're just so much fun! Their lyrics are hilarious and they have really great personalities. I love having such entertaining music! They're great!

When people say they're 'geniuses' they mean the lyrics, not the music! Maybe somebody can remake the songs someday... in any case, it's such a cute idea!

I haven't heard that much of their work. Musically they're not so great, but spoof bands rarely are. They're are funny, though.

I've heard of them before, but I just listened to them on myspace. "Human Hosepipe" cracked me up! I added them to my friends list. The music is terrible, but the lyrics are so funny, I'm still laughing.

They totally suck in a good way. It's cheesy and funny and it's pretty good but they shouldn't audition for american idol.

To be honest I really don't like the music. It's not that I don't like the subject matter, I just think that their music is really bad. The singer is hopeless and I don't like the guitarist either.

yeah thats what i think also...the music just dosent fit together well..some songs are better than others, but overall...meh

The lyrics is great, but the music is not very Harry Potter-ish, because it reminds me of american country music.
But the lyrics is really, really great.
If only Franz Ferdinand would use this lyrics...I know I'd be happy

I think they're fine if they're taken in the spirit in which they are probably meant to be taken! I think their lyrics are hilarious - the singing isn't exactly great, but for a spoof band, I quite like them! I love Human Hosepipe!!

Being so close to Boston, I am determined to go to their show later this month at the Middle East. I really wanted to go to the "Yule Ball" concert they had, but it was just not meant to be.

So Wizaed Rock, we've probably know of it even if we haven't heard it, THe Remus Lupins; Harry and the Potters; The HErmione Crookshanks Expierience etc etc etc... Anyone a fan? Anyone a hater? if you haven't heard it you can on My Space music. I have to admit that my favorite and only band on my IPOD is The Remus Lupins. I even bought his CD cause it was so good! I am so in love with Loosen your Tie and Looking for Trouble and while at firsti hated it now i find myself singing Accio Love at work!

Yes they are quite good... but at the first time it shocked me, you know it sounded strange that there are crazy people running around and singing e.g. Let's Save Ginny Weasly.

I know! When i first heard of it i was like "oh really? that's nice..." but i had no other opinions on it. It was like fanfic or fanart, something that was bound to happen... fanmusic! Now I love looking to see who else is around, i don't think i've listened to the draco malfoy one... i can't remember the exact name...

But its still a whole lot of fun!
