Do you like your name?

I actually really like my name. I've found that, while Lisa is a more common name among my parents' generation, there aren't that many people my age with the same name. It's classic but unique enough to my age that I don't feel like a copy of someone like the names Sarah, Jessica, or Ashley (all of which I've found to be quite popular for my age group).

Well yes I was named after my aunt who died 3 weeks before I was born. Julie is a nice simple name and I don't have a middle one. I was going to be called Sarah and I like that name too

I'm not sure. It's just so...common. My full name is Rachel Kathleen (and then my last name). I go by Katie, but I am thinking of going my by Rach (or Rachel) or Kathleen, because it seems everyone is named Katie.

I don't like my name,and I won't tell it But when I was the 6th grade I had a teacher which I hated((I still hate her and she is still my teacher))and she was giving nicknames to all the girls in my class.So she called me Loreta.I hated it at first but then all the girls started calling me like this and that teacher still does so I just got used to it and I love it .I use it on most of the forums I post in-especially RHCP related ones,I don't know why I chose this nickname I have on this board

technically, my name is Brianna. its ok, but people always say it wrong. so my friends call me bee, banana, nana, which isnt so bad.

but i've always wanted to be called annie.

I like my name. It's Grace (as you can probably tell from my user name). But every time I say "My name's Grace" someone mishears me and they're like "Bree? Oh hi, Bree!". I mean, how does Grace sound like Bree?

I'm actually not too fond of my name. It's Allison. I've met so many people with my name and it has a really boring meaning: "of noble birth". Honestly, "of noble birth"? What were my parents thinking?
I really like old-fashioned names like Claudia and Elizabeth. My favorite name of all time is Beatrice.

Somedays I really hate my name (not just because like three other girls in my grade have it) but other days I'm okay with it. I like being called Mia rather than Maria anyway.
I like my middle name, Analisa, better. It's more original.

Yes, I did not growing up but I love it now. Schuyler Jean. My father's name was Schuyler and they always called me just Jean but now I go by Schuyler and some times Schuyler Jean with my family.

Anway, I like my name because i is a very rare name and when someone talks about me, they know excatly who unlike Melissa(very common in my grade). So I like it but at times people are like "Are you a Princess?" which gets so annoying.

I like my name but it can be embarrassing when people cant say it.....depending on where you're from, your accent etc. some people find it physically impossible to say! It's Cáit, (it's irish) and pronounced C-AW-CH. I love it cos it's original though!
