Do you like your name?

I used to HATE my name ("Abigail") when I was a little girl, but I love it now. It's more popular now than it was when I was growing up. I have always been called "Abigail" and never liked it when I would introduce myself as such and people would automatically shorten it to "Abby". In fact, my mom loves to tell the story about when a friend of hers came over and called me "Abby". Apparently I put my hands on my hips and stood there, all of six years old, and announced that "my name is Abigail!"

Ive always and probably will still always hate my name. (Breanne) Absolutely despise the name. Idk what my parents were thinking..when they tell me of names they were gonna name before Breanne was decided..i wish they woulda thought harder on the names they wanted before such as cassie, Liliana, and Elaine. I love the name Liliana. But as I grew older I shortened my name.. to just Bree. People call me that and my middle name summer.

I like my name alright, it's Kelly. I was named after Kelly McGillis, the American actress, because my dad really liked her in Top Gun (and my parents both just liked the name in itself, haha). Kind of random, but oh well, I think it's pretty cool!

And I'm forever grateful that my parents did not give me a middle name. :P

I'm not totally into my name, but everyone else seems to like it. My name's Veronica. The redeeming thing about it is that I didn't have to change my name for Confirmation or Spanish class. There is a Saint named Veronica and it's a very spanish name. I do really like the Saint Veronica, but I don't like the name itself.

I don't mind my name, though it is very common. I was one of 5 Katie's at high school, and one of my close friends was also called Katie Louise...
I would have preferred something longer, I think, like Caitlin. Though I like being called Kate, which happens occasionally.

My name is Emina. There are a lot of Eminas in Bosnia, in my school , there are at least 2 per class. I love my name, it means fair, good and honest, and I am like that.

My names Alena, but most people spell it Elena which drives me bonkers! Besides that i love it.

Well, actually I like my name (Anna), but i still guess that it's too common.
And also I don/t like when people call me "An" or "Anja". French variant is cool (Annette).
But in my life I usually use my nickname Antarien, so my friends call me Anta or Arien, I like it.

Not really. It's so common. (Kristine Mae) And I don't even use it... I'm used to people addressing me with my nickname (Kimpie) which is weird because it's ridiculous and has nothing to do with my real name, and mispronounces a lot.

I don't mind my name, but i would rather it be something a little more exciting. It's Amy. I would love for my name to be Amelia, and Amy be the short form. It just seems so plain as it is.

My name's weird, 'Paige'. And I like it. :')
I was literally the only Paige in my Secondary School, and so far I've met none at college. At least there's no mix-ups in classes.

I didn't like my name "Sarah" when I was a little kid, because the school was full of them. As far as I recall, I've never been the only 'Sarah' in my class (except for last year and this year), I was usually the second or the third, and once there was five ones of us in one class. They used to call us 'Sarasir' (plural for Sarah in my language, which unfortuanately also means 'cockroaches', ).
I don't mind my name, anymore, though. In fact, now I think it's quite nice .

I am glad that my parents picked that one for me because they told me that they had others on the list like Pia or Lea so I'm glad they picked Ina

Not particularly...Hannah is so common it's unbelievable, and I like being different, at least, I suppose, you can't really shorten it. I also utterly despise my middle name...but hey, at least I have a nice surname.

I love my name. I was either going to be Eden, Willow, or Veronica, all of which are very cool names, in my opinion.
