If you mean the *sigh* teardrop, then you just use a custom shape (click on the line tool and hold it down to get the alternate tools). I'm not sure if there's a tear shape there. If not, just make an oval and erase it til you get one. Then add a white stroke to it and make a highlight if you want.

Ooh those are all very nice I love the soft glow in some of them. I do think however the Lily icon could have been cropped a bit differently. She seems a bit too low and the brush really throws the balance off. Beautiful coloring with the Hermione/Viktor banner especially

I love the Viktor/Hermione one as well, but I think the trio in the 'friendship' one seems a little too 2D. The others are a beauty, though.
