sorry, BabyWerewolf, but i totally laughed when i read your dream!

ok, mine isn't all that HP related, but it kind of is. i dreamed that some boys were rolling logs down the street, and somehow from this, i knew that Voldemort was there to get me and i had to leave right away, because i was Harry Potter. it wasn't scary, just weird.

ok, after reading this thread, I don't feel so wierd.

I have an ongoing daydream that I am witch that has been hidden in America since birth. Orphaned, I didn't know that I was until someone came and got me at 17yrs and said, to put it short, 'we just discovered you. You need to go back to Britain and we are gonna send you to HW, oh and you have to learn 5 yrs of magical lessons in a month. here is a time turner. get cracking."

Upon entering the magical world, I discover all sorts of powers. I am a Gryffindor, but Snape can't help but like me because he is impressed by me. He takes it upon himself (after discovering I have unusual gifts of intense powers) to be a guide for me. Since he knew personally the two most powerful wizards ever, he thinks himself best suited for being able to detect if I am going to be bad or good, and thus guide me towards Dumbledores footsteps, not You-Know-Who's. ... That is as far as I have gotten.

Right, the dream:
Morgoth from the Silmarillion kind of got mixed up with Morgoth from here, so him and his evil vassals Sauron and Voldemort were trying to destroy the world via the internet, and they'd set up all the CoS threads so that when you read them it sucked your soul out and turned you into a sort of weird inferi-zombie-dementor thing.
And then I was at school, and all my friends at school turned out to be the people I know from here, and they were all evil flesh-eating soul-sucking zombies bcause they'd been on CoS, and they were all chasing me around the field while Morgoth and Sauron and Voldemort and Mrs Bishop the librarian stood on the librarian's desk and cheered them on. It was veeeeeeeery scary.

Sorry, it must've been really scary seeing it, but reading it cracked me up!

At my neighbourhood was an oracle in some underground appartment, and I went there with some friends to ask for something, don't know what. When my friends went to take the answer, I stayed back and somehow found out that Draco had been there too. When I told the others we looked around and searched in some old, rusty cupboards, but didn't find out what Draco wanted to know about.
Then I was alone. It was Draco's birthday and I wanted to visit him. I wore some nice clothes, took his present and left for his mansion. The next moment I was in there, alone in some bedroom. Draco was in another-his mom was sitting on the bed and he was in her arms like a baby, complaining about everyone and everything. I was the only one who had come for his birthday and I wasn't the kind of person he really wanted to see. So I sat on the bed in the room I was and didn't go to see him. I didn't give his present either, because it was too childish: it was a modelling set for kids with figures from ancient Egypt (I actually have such a set, when I find cheap and good gifts I buy and keep them for later!)

I had a dream where I got Book 7 from the library and it was filled with political references. In the first chapter, JKR had a list of what the different main characters were doing at the time, and compared them unfittingly to political figures. I can only remember one, where she said something like "Harry was doing absolutely nothing and being very lazy. He was like Bush." (no, I'm not trying to say that this is my view on current events or anything) Strangely enough, the book was on about 3 very small scraps of old parchment. After reading the book, I was in the car griping to my sister about the rampant political commentary. Very weird.

I've had a few book 7 nightmares. Basically they involve the book being completely non-sensical and ignoring the HP plot. The book included Harry, but there was no Hogwarts or horcruxes or Voldemort or anyone/anything else. I seem to remember Harry runnning through some tenement buildings because he was being persued by someone who was trying to package him into a gift box.

In the dream, I kept on checking to see how many pages were left to make sure that there would be enough chapters to get back on track and answer all the questions, but there was only about 20 pages left to the entire book.

A TRUE nightmare!

I had one a while back that I got an owl, and I looked at who it was from, it was from Percy! I was like, whaaaat, I don't even know him... then I looked and saw that it was entirely written in html format, like computer lanugage, and I was confused, and then I was like, oh, I guess Percy is showing off how smart he is, and then I crumpled the letter and realized it had a bowtruckle in it, which scratched my hand.

Did I mention I normally have weird dreams anyway?

I have had one lately and one ages ago involving Harry Potter, Jack Sparrow and gum.
Recent dream- I got Harry Potter seven in a velvet bag. It was ten pages long and the cover had a hummingbird on it. It was called 'Harry Potter and the seventh book' The story was this "They did stuff. Stuff happened. The end. Scar.' I will kill JKR if that happens

The other one I was myself, Harry and Hermione all at once. Everyone (Mcgonagall, Snape, Ron) Wanted to kill Harry. We ran for it and had some magic gum. Jack Sparrow gave us a lift on the Black Pearl and Voldemort chased us and got rid of all my life points. It wasn't very fair, he had 10,000 lifepoints and Harry only had 1,000

I know exactly how you feel. I daydream almost the exact same thing only I have two and a half months to learn three years of magic because I'm fourteen. This is probably going to disturb the most people but I pretend that I'm Sirius' half-sister from his mom. She couldn't let anyone know about me so she sent to an orphanage in America. Then one day they realize that I slipped through there fingers so I go to Hogwarts and I fall in to Harry's group of friends and we become boyfriend and girlfriend. You know the Black family tree. I pretend that I have to go to the hearing because I was there and I find out that I'm a Black. Then I go back to Grimmauld Place and put my wand next to Regalus and my name appears there.

Um...daydreaming myself into something is actually how I fall asleep at night, and most of the time it is Harry Potter....I'm usually a vampire.....cuz you know....why be normal? (Or at least, as normal as a Harry Potter day dream can get )

Summer before I started 6th grade, I had a dream that Hermione, me, and my friend Meagan were talking and Hermione said she was "ditching Harry and Ron to hang out with us" asnd Meagan said "That's not very nice". Then me and Hermione shrugged and we went into Potions class where Harry and Ron were fast asleep and Snape was hitting them with a bright pink wand. It's one of the most ridiculous dreams I've ever had.

I'm fairly certain there's a similiar thread in the Great Hall. Anywho, I did have a HP related dream recently. I only remember vague details, but it involved me battling Voldemort on my dining room table. In my boxer shorts. And no matter how many times I jinxed him he kept coming at me. And then he changed into my old biology teacher and things really got weird.

I had a HP related dream when I was about 12. I dreamed I was at a Hogwarts summer camp and they were taking class pictures on some bleachers in front of a lake. Then I was in a forest, levitating, when a really annoying girl from my school came up to me and started telling me that I couldn't do magic and she could. Ironically while she was there I couln't do magic but when she left I could. It was horrible, despite the fact that I got to do magic.

yes i do not intentianally but if you aint doin nothing then your going to go off into dream land. why not dreams are sometimes better than reality makes life fun
