He did a good job. There were more obvious medical gaffes this time through (at least for my very limited experience--you'd think that the writers would be getting MORE careful as ratings and pressure increase, not less). My favorite moment was the Cameron kiss. Cuddy's parting shot to get Greg to leave was a whole lot more satisfying than his behavior toward her. They're doing this because of American Idol. If you want to blame something, blame that. Besides, aren't they setting us up for--what did they say--NINE in a row? It's only a three-week wait.

Yep, nine weeks in a row. As if that makes up for the constant three-week breaks.

As for the medical stuff, they're not particularly concerned with being really accurate all the time. They try to make the stories plausible, but I haven't noticed them being too good with the details.

Yeah, but this was the first time that everyone I had over started grumbling at the television for identifying functions with the incorrect brain hemispheres. For a good third of the episode, I wondered if they were trying to artificially shorten the series--which means they did a good job suckering me...again.

Wow, I was so shocked at the end. I mean, I do see how it is House, but...wow. Just shocked, me. Yup.

It also explained why he wouldn't let them draw blood. He was looking for any way he could find to feel no pain. Rather inventive--although I found it surprising that they found a flaw that he didn't. Of course, he probably just ran the Witherspoon-wing patient through the basics before he decided to use him.

That episode was great! I can't believe House faked cancer, and he did it so well!

I liked Cameron's line when she and Chase were going through House's house. But does this imply that she and Chase really did have something go on? In the previews it looks like they're getting quite close to each other.....

Wow, 9 straight weeks of uninterrupted House! Should be great!

I'm just glad the House/Cam kiss was as good as it was, even though no relationship will come out of it... i don't think. And even though it was really low, that's House; he's trying to escape from *** pain in any way possible, as long as it doesn't deal with poeple. I'm just really happy that he and Wilson are still tight. The reason why he didn't come to Wilson abotu his "cancer" was becase he knew Wilson would analyze and test to death to make sure he did'didn't have cancer, and would've found him out and made him go through chemoa dn everything. If he did it away from everyone, no one would know what happened.

I was also very impressed with Dave Matthews' acting. Who knew!

I think that Cameron, of all of them, would be most upset about House faking cancer. She had to watch her husband die. Anyone who has seen someone die from cancer would be upset. I'm upset!

Cameron would be most upset, but she knows that House is House. As for Wilson--House didn't go through Wilson because he knew Wilson would INSIST on drawing blood himself to confirm the diagnosis. The Cam/House kiss was excellent, and the fact that they were both being devious was delicious, but I found myself asking whether Cameron had been dropped on her head when I first saw that scene.

I always wonder about Cuddy and House's past. They work together, but seem incredibly comfortable with each other. Not that anything romantic happened, but they must have quite a history.

Well, she blew the diagnosis for his leg and was responsible for the surgery that left him needing a cane. That's pretty interesting.

The sad thing is we look forward to this soo much. It should be normal to have more than two episode back to back, instead of having thsi choppy, random, schedule because of stupid American Idol. So not cool Fox has to do this to us.

Fox isn't the only one that does this. During Alias's Run it'd be two weeks new, one week off; three weeks new, two weeks off. Blame Moonlighting, if you must blame something. That show taught the networks that good reruns can get better ratings than bad new episodes.
