What countries have you visited?

I live in Australia and have been to Thailand. Yay. Everything is too far away from Australia. I demand you all get up and push and move your countries closer. I'm going to Canada in June though - approx 20 hours in flight by the time I get from Sydney to Ottawa. Oh goody.

I've sadly haven't been anywhere outside the USA, but hey I'm only 14, so I have plenty of time to go to Italy, Australia, Rome, France..[ sorry if some of those aren't countries...]

I love traveling and experiencing different countries and cultures.

I have been to: England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Mexico and Canada. And the US, since that is where I live... I have been to 33 of the different states (more, if you count connecting flights...lol).

I live in California, have been as far west as Alaska and as far east (in US) as Washington, D.C. and Florida. I've also been to Spain and technically to Portugal (I have a pic of me pointing to the line that separates the two). I want to go everywhere!

You know for a second, looking at this thread, I regretted that I haven't been to a foreign country. And then I smacked myself. I've been to Canada dozens of times! That's a foreign country...sorta. I guess I just never thought of it as because when I lived in Western Ny it only took a 20 minute drive across the border to get there. Gosh, I've been to the Canadian falls, Toronto, Quebec, Motreal, and many other places I just can't name at the moment. Woo, I am a world traveler! Uh...kinda. Not really.

Ive never been out of the US.... not even Canada or Mexico... I live in Pennsylvania and Ive never even been to NYC!!!! GRARRR

The only place my dad ever wants to go is the Chesapeake Bay.... which is pretty cool, and a great place to practice photography, but still... a little variety would be nice.

I think my dad underestimates the importance of travel, because he doesnt know what it's like NOT to travel. He travels all the time for business, and our grandparents have a trailer and took him and my aunts and uncles all over the country when they were little. Well good for them but I wanna see the world toooooo. *whines*

yeah...never left the US, not even mexico or canada. i've been to like 6 states. the problem is my family goes to the exact same place every vacation!!! they even like to stay in the same place and do the same things!! its fun, but trying someplace new would be too!

Well I was born in the uk, and moved to NewZealand when I was 7, I've been back a few times, including visits to:

Japan, Malaysia, Fiji, Australia, USA, and, er, that's it (so far).

Travelling is cool, it's a pity not everybody has the means or the time to do it. I have travelled the US west coast by car, an old ford maverick bought second hand in Vancouver, worked as a camp staff counselor in connnecticut, travelled Europe by train: Germany, Switzerland, Yugoslavia (oK I admit it I am an old fart by now), Greece, Italy, France. Had some contract work in South effrica and Jersey (channel islands). Now that's some place, small island, run by the 'states of jersey' and the Bailiff, and has it own coins and bank notes. By the way could somebody explain what it status is? When I was there they told me that they only recognise the queen because the english royals used the claim the title Duke/Duchess of Normandy.
Nowadays a live in Luxembourg, the country with the famous quiditch team, and often travel for work and pleasure to Bruxelles, Strasbourg, Aalborg and Hirtshals in Denmark
